MyInfoQR

Your info changes. Your QR code doesn't.

The problem we solve

Printed information goes stale. You move house and your luggage tag has the wrong address. You change jobs and your business card is outdated. You update your hours and your shopfront flyer is wrong.

MyInfoQR replaces the static printed detail with a dynamic QR code. The physical tag never changes — only the information behind it does. Anyone who scans it always sees your latest details.

How it started

The original use case was a bag tag. Instead of writing a name and address on a luggage label — which becomes wrong every time you move — you attach a QR code. Anyone who finds your bag can scan it to see your current contact information — and if they can't reach you directly, they can send you a message right there on the page to let you know your bag is safe and how to get it back. The idea is simple, but it applies to almost anything: business cards, pet tags, property labels, calling cards, and more.

But solving the "wrong address" problem wasn't enough. There was a second, deeper gap: the finder might not be able to call — maybe it's late, maybe they're overseas, maybe they just don't want to ring a stranger. That realisation led directly to finder messaging — and it became one of the core reasons MyInfoQR was built.

Something of yours is lost. Someone found it. Now what?

This is the question that started it all. A dynamic QR code solves the "wrong contact info" problem. But there was still a gap: what if the finder can't call? What if your phone is off, or they're in a different country, or it's 3 in the morning? Calling a stranger is awkward. Doing nothing means the item stays lost.

Finder messaging bridges that gap. It works on any tag type — bag, pet, property, disability, or just tag. Anyone who scans it sees a single button: "Send Message to Owner". No account, no app, no awkward phone call. They tap, leave a note with how to reach them, and hit send. You get an email within seconds. Your item comes home.

What you can do with MyInfoQR
  • Bag & luggage tags — Scanners see your current contact info if your bag is lost. Mark it as lost from your dashboard to show a prominent alert and let finders leave a message.
  • Pet tags — Keep your pet's profile, medical notes, and your contact details up to date. Mark as lost if your pet goes missing.
  • Property tags — Identify valuable items with owner contact details and a serial number. Flag as lost if the item is stolen or misplaced.
  • Disability tags — A discreet tag for people who may need assistance — communication needs, medical notes, and emergency contact, always up to date.
  • Just tags — Just want a tag? No categories, no fuss. Write whatever you want people to see, enable finder messaging if you like, and you're done.
  • Calling cards — A living business card. Update your phone, title, or social links without reprinting.
  • Business information — Share your address, hours, and contact details. Update anytime — no reprint, no new QR code.
  • Personal profiles — A shareable digital identity page, behind one QR code.
  • One-page company sites — A mini website for your business — no hosting or domain needed.

More types coming soon — we're always looking for new ways to make physical information dynamic.
