By creating an account and using MyInfoQR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. 用户对已发布内容的责任

MyInfoQR provides a platform for publishing information pages accessible via QR codes. You are solely responsible for all content you choose to publish, including personal information, contact details, images, and any other data.

• The published information will be publicly accessible to anyone who scans your QR code or has access to your public URL.
• You have the right to share the information you publish, including any personal data of third parties.
• You will not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
• You can unpublish or delete your info page at any time through your account dashboard.

3. 不监控已发布内容

MyInfoQR does not actively monitor, review, or moderate the content published by users. We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content on public info pages.

However, we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that are reported to violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. 不对已发布内容的信息安全负责

Because info pages are intentionally designed to be publicly accessible, MyInfoQR makes no guarantees regarding the confidentiality or security of information you elect to publish. You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to share publicly.

MyInfoQR secures the platform itself (accounts, passwords, payment data) but cannot protect publicly published information from being viewed, copied, or indexed by third parties including search engines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyInfoQR and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from content published by users, or from any reliance placed on such content by third parties who scan a QR code.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
